Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform postiive on quarterly routine sample, operator called in, no alert from DWS yet. DETAILS: Used swivel type faucet. Advised not to use swivel faucets. Said she would use hard set in restroom. Advised to bleach faucet prior to flushing and sampling. Advised to read chlorine level and record on sample submission sheet. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples, and one source sample, report before the 10th of December.
