Details:	SUMMARY: Update on installing on line NTU meter with hi NTU alarm DETAILS: Marty updated me that the system has the part to divert potentially high NTU water from going to the clearwell, has contacted a resident qualified to install the part into the existing discharge pipe from the WTP and hopes to install the part so that the alarm will work properly in the next week. Then the system will need to continue to raise the funds to purchase a new meter. They hope to secure the meter and have the resident install it with the high NTU alarming mechanisms in mid-2014. Having the resident install the meter saves on the project cost for this small system. Turbidities continue to be measured by a bench top meter every 4 hours. ACTION NEEDED: DWS to continue to track compliance with the SWTR in 2014, and provide support as necessary to ensure compliance with this specific instrumentation requirement.
