Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat tc+ alert follow up DETAILS: System took 4 repeats following routine e.coli positive 1/7. Well, same and downstream absent but upstream location coliform positive. Made site visit and met with Nyle and delivered boil water template. Nyle will hand deliver this afternoon. Verified .2ppm chlorine at office and .4ppm at treated sample tap. Discussed adding chlorine to reservoir to batch chlorinate to around 2ppm. Also raised continuous chorine to .6 at raw sample tap. Discussed taking more verification samples early next week. This system has had high HPCs in the past and old cast iron piping in lower section which may explain positive sample. Nyle took chlorine sample over weekend and it was .8 at office. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for 2 verification sample results to dictate future action. Keep boil water notice up in positive but can lift if absent. Continue to monitor chlorine residual and take 5 temporary repeat samples in February.
