Details:	SUMMARY: follow up to complaint regarding water loss in system DETAILS: The system is on a limited (specific area) boil water notice. It affects the residents on the west side of the post office. The water line across the west end bridge (by the Post Office) froze and cracked on approximately 2/5/14. Personnel are currently correcting the problem. Drinking Water personnel were not notified of the pressure loss. The phone call to the system was in response to a complaint call received on 2/10/14. The water system has issued a boil water notice. ACTION NEEDED: System to remain on boil water until pressure is restored and a bacteria sample is collected and comes back absent.
