| Details: | SUMMARY: Enabling ordinance and annual report (CCR) DETAILS: Walt is going to help new operator Bob Seidler. Walt will correct the significant deficiencies. Sent him information by email. Discussed significant deficiencies from the last sanitary survey: Send in an Enabling Ordinance or Enabling Authority. Ask Lee if he has the annual Cross Connection Report (CCR) If there are backflow prevention devices on the system these are required to be tested annually by an approved tester. Write the annual CCR and send it to the people on the system. The 2013 report is due by June 2014 ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
