Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance - Arsenic DETAILS: Maxwell called me to provide an update on the water system. He took ownership of the park in July 2013. A sample for arsenic taken on 8/28/13 exceeded the MCL. The system began quarterly monitoring for arsenic. A sample taken in the 4th quarter of 2013 was also above the MCL. Maxwell mentioned the back well was also recently tested and is over the MCL too. He has been working with Sipple well drilling to analyze their water and design an arsenic treatment/filtration system. Connecting to the city of Hubbard was also considered. Maxwell mentioned he would like to have the treatment system installed and operational by early summer 2014. I gave him some general information on arsenic removal treatment. I informed him of the plan review requirement and gave him Carrie Gentrys phone number. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring for arsenic, follow up on treatment plans.
