| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: I contacted Gregg Baird and asked if the system needed to do source testing or just 4 repeats in distribution. Gregg checked and left message that they only need to do the 4 repeats no source test. I contacted Leo and asked what happened. Eh said there was air in the chlorinator line which he fixed. He said yesterdays test was over 0.20ppm at his home. He usually maintains 0.30. He immediately checked the chlorinator today when he tested 0.10 at the home. He said the lab took the sample upstream and noted 0.00ppm. He thinks they still had residual in the system the entire time but not a min of 0.20ppm He issued a boil water notice to all users already., He will take 4 repeats as soon as possible in the distribution. He tested the residual in his home 1 hour ago and had 0.30ppm. Leo will keep boil notice in place until test results come back ok. I spoke to Gregg and discussed incident. I contacted Leo and he said he is picking up the sample bottles today and will have samples in to the lab by tomorrow morning. I reminded Leo minimum residual is 0.30ppm for chlorine ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
