Details:	SUMMARY: MCL violation for Oct 2013 DETAILS: System had collected 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. The source sample and one other sample came back positive for total coliform. This gave the system a MCL violation for October 2013. Public notice was issued and received by DWS. System collected 5 routine samples in November and were all absent for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: none
