| Details: | SUMMARY: Coli Alert at Sand Dunes Frontier DETAILS: Shelley with Delta Environmental contacted me to let me know the system Sand Dunes Frontier well pump had failed and they were now using the spring source at the facility. This system has UV light and chlorination for iron removal on the well but not on the spring. The snack bar is closed for the season but the restrooms are being operated. Shelley said the facility did not want to waste there time and money to collect the repeat samples and wanted to just get there well fixed then test. I told them they would receive the violation unless they took the required repeat samples including one from the active source, the spring. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting to see what the system is going to do. Shelley with Delta is going to get back to me after talking to the operator. | ||
