Details: SUMMARY: Alert follow up for tolulene detect well #2 (EP-B) DETAILS: Tolulene detection of .0008 in Sept 2013 initial chemical monitoring set for new well. Called operator Bret and Lab and discussed with Carrie Gentry. System took an additional quarterly sample 11/26/13 which was ND. Per Carrie, this can be averaged with the original sample for an average of .0004 (under the detect limit of .0005) and no increased monitoring needed. ACTION NEEDED: Continued routine chemical sampling. Follow chemical monitoring schedule on SDWIS and note that 3 more quarterly Radionuclide samples required (may set schedule after 2 quarters if all ND)
