Details:	SUMMARY: Updated connections and lowered survey fee DETAILS: Terri called because she realized that the City only serves 231 customers even though the previous sanitary survey cited 254 service connections. The 254 number is based upon the number of water meters installed by the City, but 23 of those meters are on vacant lots without a structure or customer, and the definition of a service connection is piped water to a users premises. Based on this information, I have updated the number of service connections for the water system in the SDWIS database and notified Terrie to send in a survey fee of $150 rather than $675. I will notify Julie Wray and Angie Wahlquist of this change to ensure any other billing or tracking databases are updated. ACTION NEEDED: Update billing database so that there is no discrepancy between the amount of invoices generated and the amount of survey fees paid by water suppliers.
