Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: spoke with Steve by phone 503-390-5612 ext. 307. Steve will take a confirmation sample within one week. Steve agreed to take quarterly nitrate samples for one year with the first quarter being the confirmation sample. The second quarter sample will need to be taken in April-June 2014 ACTION NEEDED: Confirmation nitrate sample will be taken within one week. Quarterly nitrate tests for one year with confirmation sample counting as the first quarter sample.
