Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Dale called to discuss positive total coliform sample from routine sample on 4/18/14. Mr. Hurst was not aware of coliform sampling plan and I informed him that I would provide him a template via email. I informed him that he would need to collect 4 repeat samples from distribution (same site and 3 others) as soon as possible and one triggered source sample from well pre-UV. Informed him that 5 routine samples would need to be collected in May. He asked about shock chlorinating the well at the store and I informed him to not undertake this process before taking samples. ACTION NEEDED: none
