Details: SUMMARY: system on voluntary do not drink notice DETAILS: I spoke with Shannon about the notice in the campground. The notice had been put up by the campround host due to some discolored water. The Forest Service is still working this through and had been unaware the host had posted the sign. A coliform sample had been collected at the beginning of the month and was absent for bacteria. I explained that since the system did post the notice that additional samples will need to be collected to release from the do not drink notice. ACTION NEEDED: DWS to contact county contact. USFS to collect at least 2 samples in the distribution. If samples are clear, then the notice can be removed. USFS to keep DWS informed of results. **update - on 6/16/14 - another contact report has been done on this - no notice was posted about bad water - no follow up samples are necessary**
