Details:	SUMMARY: FU to WSS sig deficiency plan review DETAILS: Ken is trying to get the information together for the plan review submittal for a reservoir that was installed in 2009. He said the engineering firm said they submitted the plan review but Fred at state cannot find record of this. He was advised to contract firm- PBS out of Vancouver to see if they have it and if not to start the process ACTION NEEDED: none
