Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on OERS Spill #2014-1342 DETAILS: I relayed contact information (name and phone #) as well as the spill report for this spill resulting in a 200 foot by 20 foot sheen of unknown material and unknown volume spilled near the St. Johns Bridge in the lower Willamette River to Neal. City has an intake (Rainney wells) on the banks of the Columbia River approximately 25 miles away. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed at this time.
