Details: SUMMARY: Alert follow up for tc+ temp routine DETAILS: 6/23 routine positive followed by 4 repeat samples on 6/24 and two triggered samples on 6/28. The positive repeat sample location was suspect, so 2 of the 5 temp routines were pulled 7/2 as verification samples. One of these two temp routines was positive+. This sample site at the housekeeping building had recent remodeling done so this site is suspect also. Talked to Russel at lab, and he will take 5 repeat samples today including same location and both wells. If the housekeeping site is present again, we may invalidate this sample and replace it. Spoke with Asa regarding public notice and emailed templates with instructions. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeats to dictate action. Distribute public notice for total coliform within 30 days of original repeat positive (6/24) and get a copy to me.
