Details:	SUMMARY: Follow-up on water system survey DETAILS: Brandy Bar sent a file and pictures of what has been completed since the survey in May 2014. Well vents have been properly installed. Waiver for setback has been applied for due to well proximity to sewer. No action on well proximity to surface water - no other locations for wells on that property that would not be in proximity to Umpqua River. Flap valve ordered for reservoir drain line - temporarily screened. Coliform sampling plan completed. Plan review documents on new reservoir installations provided to State DW Services. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for action on waiver application and plan review from State D W Services.
