Details:	SUMMARY: Questions regarding necessity of backflow device DETAILS: Bly Water District supplies water to a 4 trailer mobile home park. the park also has a well that it can connect all of the trailers to. They do not have a backflow device on the system. A backflow device is needed. With 4 trailers the additional well may be required to become a water system. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Backflow device to be installed and inspected yearly 2. Contact info to be sent to KC by Kelly 3. Letter to owner of the trailer park water system of the need to registered as a public water system.
