Details:	SUMMARY: Reassessment of number of users on system DETAILS: The current owner of the system has not completed the plan review process that started with the previous owner who rebuilt the destroyed restaurant. The restaurant has been closed since summer 2013. Per Evan Hofeld the system is to be reassessed to determine if it still meets criteria for being a noncommunity system. Restaurant is currently closed, it is stated that connections for the trailers and one home on the system are seasonal use, and the espresso mobile unit we do not have information on the number of users. ACTION NEEDED: 12/27/2014 Contact with Lynette Searle owner of Sunset Espresso Mobile Unit and discussed situation. She will get a count of the number of cups purchased over the past year to get estimate on the number of drinks sold to customers.
