Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed filter construction and additional time DETAILS: Peter discussed the need for some additional time to begin operation of the filtration system at the BHS water system. According to Peter, the filter plant has been constructed and all of the equipment installed. However there is a leak in PVC pipes between the filter housings and it needs to be repaired before the plant begins operations. Peter stated the plant should be operational before the end of the year and that he is currently receiving bids to complete the plumbing repairs. ACTION NEEDED: I will contact Peter in mid October to determine if the plant is going to be operational before the end of the year. If so, we will proceed with the current BCA but if operation will not be until early 2015 then a new BCA will be drafted and signed by both parties.
