Details:	SUMMARY: Water System Planning Assistance DETAILS: The Lakeside WD has a surface water system which serves 900 connections with approximately 1700 people. A conventional water treatment system treats water from an intake on Eel Lake. The Circuit Rider was contacted by Marty Ball following a sanitary survey when it was noted that the existing Water Master Plan was outdated. It was requested that the Circuit Rider meet with City Staff to discuss master planning process and funding, as well as other general water system issues. Met with Marty and Tammy Estabrook at City Hall. Discussed Water Master Planning, including potential funding methods. Also discussed Systems Development Charges and source water protection. At the request of City staff, attended City Council meeting to present information to the Council. ACTION NEEDED: Provide funding application assistance if requested.
