Details:	SUMMARY: Sept. 10 TG sample + DETAILS: Larry Cereghino return call in response to 9-16-2014 email to Michele Blaine. I explained to Larry that the system was missing one of the repeat samples required due to the + routine earlier this month. He will make arrangements for the sample to be taken. Also discussed with him the need for the chlorinator to be working and that the lab results back to 2010 indicated the 0.00 level of chlorine. He will contact the contractor used in the past and have the chlorinator serviced and get it back up and running. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples will be needed in October, if - then the system may return to quarterly samples.
