Details:	SUMMARY: 30-day post survey check in re: significant deficiencies DETAILS: Spoke with Todd about the status of the significant deficiencies identified in the survey mailed 8/27/14. #1: Wellhead- the gap around wires was fixed by 9/5/14. #2: Chlorine tank not meeting NSF- anticipated to be corrected by 11/30/14. #3 and #4: Hatch now locked on tank, and screen put around overflow pipe by 9/5/14. #5: Sampling now up to date (nitrate back in compliance). #6: Coliform sampling plan- planned completion by 10/15/14. #7 and #8: ERP and O and M manual planned completion by 11/30/14. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review materials need to be submitted ASAP for the new storage tank and rearrangement of the point of chlorination. This construction is slated for this fall (2014). Todd says he will again contact his OPRD engineer to submit plans. He will let me know when this has been done, as well as any updates on the significant deficiencies. This seasonal system will be shut down in a few days (Sept 30).
