| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone call from the James with the state, stating that Wood Village called and reported a low water pressure within the system. I needed to find out if it was a positive pressure or negative pressure to determine if there is a boil water notice. DETAILS: Call Wood Village and talked with Mark, he stated that both resevers were drained due to repairs and a well was the main suppy for water. The well pump had went down. He had determined that the upper zone had negative pressure and the lower zone still had pressure. He reported there were about 250 residents and about 100 homes within the upper area. ACTION NEEDED: We had discussed action that should take plance and I told Mark that the section which was effected should have a boil water notice posted/sent out. The system should be flushed, the pressure and the chlorine levels should be restored. Then samples taken and once those come back negative for TC then the boil water notice should be lifted. | ||
