| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: Called Operator Tom and reminded to take repeat and triggered samples. System has two wells and two zones separated by valves. Reminded to take triggered sample from well that provides water to portion of system of original coliform positive routine and from both wells if it cant be demonstrated which well was contributing. Tom took 3 repeats and two triggered (both sources) and all results absent. During sampling of well #2, pump float stuck on and reservoir overflowed. System added chlorine to reservoir to approx. 2ppm for assurance. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temp routines in November. Take temp routines from both sides of system. If all absent, can go back to 1/month | ||
