Details:	SUMMARY: 2 repeats +TC DETAILS: Jennifer notified the department on Saturday 10/11 that 2 of the 3 repeats (original and upstream) collected fri 10/10 were positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). She said that 6 repeats would be collected on Sunday 10/12 (3 for each +TC repeat) with results on Monday 10/13. Note: all 6 repeats came back absent for total coliform and E. coli on Monday 10/13 so repeat sampling can stop. Tigard plans to take the Price reservoir that serves this area offline and feed directly from the 10 Mil reservoir since it has a good chlorine residual. Tigard notified Portland as required by the groudwater rule sine they buy water from Portland and Portland has wells. ACTION NEEDED: System knows they need to maintain a detectable residual at all times and is investigating what is causing the chlorine demand in this part of the system. Plans include taking Price reservoir offline to inspect and considering installing auto flushers on large diameter 18" main that serves a low water demand area of 150 homes.
