Details:	SUMMARY: Responding to 2/26/2014 Arsenic MCL DETAILS: The 2-26-2014 Arsenic sample was at 0.0108 which is 0.008 above the MCL. WSO indicated they were treating water for arsenic with just 1 of the treatment tanks and not the whole approved system to see if 1 tank would provide adequate treatment. when the results above the MCL were the WSO instituted full treatment and a 3-7-2014 sample was 0.00227 below the MCL. A source sample was taken and was 0.013 indicating the treatment was working. The WSO will make sure the lab forwards the result to the OHA DWP and also make sure the samples are labeled correctly to ensure the source sample is not mistaken for the treated sample. ACTION NEEDED: Continue with monitoring Arsenic, OHA DWP will determine need for Public Notice.
