Details:	SUMMARY: Complaint Follow-Up DETAILS: Received a complaint from a customer whose water was twice turned off without advance notice during a nearby construction project. When service was restored the water was murky and contained particulates. The customer was not sure if the water was safe to drink. Spoke with Bob Patterson. Apparently the contractor on the project was unaware this customer was connected to the water main being repaired. Recommended the contractor be made aware of the best management practices for main repairs posted on the OHA-DWS web site. City staff have since been in contact with the customer and will work with them on flushing their plumbing and providing advance notice of any future interruptions in service during the project. ACTION NEEDED: City staff to follow up as needed.
