Details:	SUMMARY: 3/5 temp routine total coliform positives for sample date 8/11/14 DETAILS: The operator called to let me know about the coliform total coliform positive samples. He indicated the he will update the public notice & start operating the chlorinator. I mentioned to check in the State about final approval for chlorination as they currently have conditional approval. He said he would be sure to take 5 temp routine samples in September. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain updated public notice & monitor further sample results.
