Details: SUMMARY: Temporary Routine Positive DETAILS: Brad was concerned the same site came back positive, this occurred after he took a special sample to see if the sample tap was clean which came back negative, took the 5 temporary routines and an extra personal test kit sample. The lab sample came back positive and person test kit sample came back negative. I told Brad it is common for samples which are from a contaminated tap to not show continual bacterial contamination. He stated the sink has an aerator which cannot be removed, he is going to replace the tap and revise his sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: Asked Chuck to see if we could invalidate the sample due to the contamination only begin at the kitchen sink not in the whole system.
