Details:	SUMMARY: RP Sample E.Coli Positive DETAILS: Bruce called and said the lab called and they have E. Coli in one sample in the womens restroom. The results were one sample E. Coli in the distribution with two other sites both coliform positive in the distribution. The well was absent for both. Issued a boil water notice, provided the system with public notice template, technical bulletin on shock chlorinating the system, and a handout for there restaurant to operate during a boil water notice. Told Bruce they need to investigate the issue, shock chlorinate the system, wait 5 days before collecting any additional distribution samples. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice, investigate issue, shock system, wait 5 days to collect distribution samples.
