Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform positive alert follow up DETAILS: Spoke with owner Bill Houck and Umpqua lab. Bill took both a souce assessment sample and a routine sample on 11/17. The assessment sample was absent and labeled "well house". This was from the raw sample tap. The routine sample was taken from a sample tap post pressure tanks and labeled "well tap". We discussed taking routine samples from faucets in the cabins to be more representative of water being served. There are currently no guests at the lodge, so we discussed just taking 5 temp routines in December to ensure all absent for coliforms. Bill will chlorinate the system, flush and then take the 5 temp routines in December. If all these temp routines absent, can go back to quarterly sampling plus monthly assessment samples for 11 more months. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temp routine samples from distribution (cabins) in December as well as monthly source assessments.
