Details:	SUMMARY: One of four repeat samples TC+- MCL violation DETAILS: The repeat samples results were completed on Saturday 11/22/14. I spoke to Mark on Saturday and explained what the next steps would be. He was advised that it would be a good idea to shock chlorinate the system especially as it is a holiday weekend and the students and staff wont return until Monday December 1st. We also discussed taking a special sample after the shock chlorination was completed. Mark was advised that five temporary routine samples would be required in December and that a Tier 2 public notice was required within the next 30 days. We also discussed not taking any more samples at hose bibs as they arent representative of where students and staff would normally get drinking water. I re-capped everything in an e-mail to Mark and provided the unresolved public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor any special sample test results and temporary routine sample results in December. Wait for PN posting , forward to DMCE and Laura Burns.
