Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate over 1/2 MCL DETAILS: Kevin with Oregon Horse Center said they are aware of the nitrate issue and will wait to implement treatment when the level reaches the MCL. The nitrate levels have been consistently in the 5.3-5.8 range for the last 4 years. ACTION NEEDED: None.
