| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to loss in pressure boil water notice DETAILS: Bob called in the morning of 12/11 indicating that due to excavating PGE Beaver sustained a line break and their customers at the facility were out of water. Consequently, boil water notice required and posted around the site. They had already found the leak due to the break and were repairing it by mid-morning. Pressure up to acceptable 20 psi levels and free chlorine up to 1.6 ppm by the afternoon, area is being flushed, and 2 coliform samples being sent to the lab by the evening. ACTION NEEDED: PGE Beaver to consult with DWS upon receipt of coliform sample results on 12/12 prior to lifting the boil water notice. 12/15/14 - Bob contacted DWS to provide sufficient information to lift the boil water notice. | ||
