Details:	SUMMARY: Copper exceedance DETAILS: System has not submitted a request to invalidate high copper sample so sample is considered valid. I sent Hal a letter this date via mail and email regarding the next steps required regarding the September 2014 copper action level exceedance. ACTION NEEDED: Need water quality parameters testing at the entry point and in the distribution system (asap and again 2 weeks after). Need to test for lead and copper at the entry point. Need to use WQP data to determine what best corrosion control treatment is to install. Switched to lead copper testing every 6 months at 10 sites beginning 1/1/15 (if 2 6-mo rounds under AL, can cease corrosion control investigation and go to annual monitoring).
