Details:	SUMMARY: Follow-up with operator regarding ongoing Coliform issue. DETAILS: I spoke to the operator and his best guess is that the chlorine was not on long enough last month. Due to the cold weather last month it was not possible for them to flush the system ( hydrants were freezing up before they could drain) so the distribution was not flushed completely. This month after the positive results the tanks were batched and chlorinator was on for a full week. Chlorinator was turned off on 12-15-14 and there is still a residual in distribution. The system was completely flushed and operator plans on sampling next month. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice needed and 5 Routines in January.
