Details:	SUMMARY: FU to enforcement deadline for system DETAILS: The process of completing the Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) is the last thing that needs to be done before they go out to bid. It was my understanding that this would happen by tomorrow. There may be some hiccups going on between the attorneys for the District and the City but the IGA should be completed in January 2015, go out to bid February 2015, start construction March 2015, and complete construction by September 2015. ACTION NEEDED: none
