Details:	SUMMARY: COLIFORM TOTAL, (TCR) REPEAT DETAILS: 12-30-2014 Called Lindsay More with VACASA (Beachcomber Cottages) and went over the additional sampling requirements (5 temporary routine samples) for January 2015. We went over shock chlorination for the water system and discussed why source samples came back positive for total coliform (possible that the spring drain pipes could have contaminates in them and need to be cleaned out). Discussed taking coliform samples in two sets in January. Take three samples from distribution in early January and the other two samples in mid-January. Regardless, the system needs to take five temporary routine samples from distribution in 2015. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine water samples from distribution in January 2015.
