Details: SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI13664 --- A repeat sample collected 12-3-14 tested TC+ DETAILS: 12-8-14 --- A repeat sample collected 12-8-14 tested TC+. I spoke with Charlotte: she informed me this sample, space #20, was the same site that tested positive on 11-26-14…all other repeats and the two triggered source samples tested coliform absent. I sent Chuck Michael a request to have the 11-26-14 sample invalidated.12-10-14 --- Sample invalidation was approved. I called Charlotte and informed her the next sample due is a single December routine distribution sample. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
