Details:	SUMMARY: progress to date on significant deficiencies DETAILS: Ron called to report progress so far and ask a couple questions. All the issues at the wellheads have been addressed. The protocols for under certified operators is in process. They expect to be able to install the raw water sample taps at the spring collection boxes by the end of April/early May 2015 (we can adjust the compliance deadline on that item later if we need to). On the cross connection testing, the ones that were not done in 2014 were completed on 1/5/2015. To avoid missing annual testing of these devices in the future, Ron is preparing a letter now for the owners of the 36 testable backflow devices they know of on their PWS, reminding them of their responsibilities. Several of those devices are with the public schools. Ron is trying to determine the best options for getting a certified tester to their area-- a person in Lakeview no longer does this service. ACTION NEEDED: Ron is going to follow up with Michael Perry of DWS for his questions regarding certified operators that are staff in companies.
