Details:	SUMMARY: Shelley Hunt DETAILS: Shelley with Delta Environmental contacted us to follow up on the temporary source of contamination at Laurelwood Christian Academy. Shelley stated this in her e-mail. We feel that the mainline was compromised when repair work was done on the irrigation system. Valves were replaced and a shock chlorination was not done before sampling. We have an agreement in place with the landscape providers now to contact us any time work is done in and around the well/pump. ACTION NEEDED: None, all temporary routine and last quarter coliform samples has come back absent for coliform.
