Details:	SUMMARY: Alert for Arsenic Level DETAILS: After consulting with DWS, it was determined that this WS should have remained on quarterly monitoring for arsenic (not changed to yearly in 2015). The WS tested for arsenic on 1/29/15 with a result of 0.013 mg/l. This puts their RAA now at 0.011 mg/l, above the MCL. I changed the monitoring schedule back to quarterly. I informed Dick of the changes. I send him a copy of the public notice template and asked him to start pursing treatment options for arsenic removal. I also informed him of the OHA plan review requirement for Tx and put him in contact with Carrie Gentry. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on Public Notice, Tx, and PR.
