Details:	SUMMARY: RT sample was + for Coliform DETAILS: Called Matt with the church, he said there sample person took only two repeat samples after the lab results came back but they only took one from the distribution and one from the well. They will have two more taken so they have the required 3 from the distribution and one at the source. ACTION NEEDED: Collect additional two samples from the distribution. Collect 5 TR in March
