| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: One repeat sample tested positive. The initial routine sample tested positive at the hand wash sink behind counter. Out of 4 repeat samples a single positive repeat sample was obtained from the toilet room sink. Visited store to discuss results. Bobby was at a different location and I spoke with him via phone. Discussed possible causes of contamination at inconsistent locations in distribution. The hand wash sink behind counter has a swivel faucet. Bobby may replace the swivel faucet at the hand wash sink. The system will likely clean and sanitize all samples locations and resample. I discussed submitting special samples first to evaluate the corrective action before submitting 5 routines in February. ACTION NEEDED: Investigate contamination cause, take corrective action, confirm clean water, submit 5 routine samples in February | ||
