Details:	SUMMARY: Discussion of violation and operation times DETAILS: Contact with Mr. Desser about the violation #903083311 for not obtaining an assessment sample. Two samples were obtained in Dec 2014, one chlorinated and one from the well. The sample from the well was mislabeled as routine instead of assessment. The resort has not operated since March of 2014. I have sent a change of schedule to DWP to reflect the change of seasonal operation. Mr. Desser will contact me when and if they open next year. ACTION NEEDED: none
