Details: SUMMARY: Check-in after survey received DETAILS: Called to make sure Angel received the mailed water system survey (she did), and explained about the partly-completed operations and maintenance manual I provided for their system (using a template for a very small system). Angel believes a new sample tap for the source should be installed in the next month or two. I asked her to review the coliform sampling plan we worked on together during the survey, to see if it had been finalized, and to ask me if she had any questions on that. ACTION NEEDED: Email Angel the electronic version of the partly completed operatins and maintenance manual, so she can edit as needed. Also send Word version of CSP template.
