Details: SUMMARY: PNC system score of 11 DETAILS: System had a positive TC in September of 2014 with multiple violations. the system supplied us with the PN stemming from the TC in September. The Public Notice is attached to the email, we have a copy also in our file. The system is current on testing and the results are acceptable.
