Details:	SUMMARY: Water system survey corrections of significant deficiencies. DETAILS: 1. Chlorine bleach that was used to disinfect the well was not NSF approved. 2. Reservoir hatch was not locked. 3. Coliform sampling plan has been completed. 4. Operations and maintenance manual had not been completed.5. Emergency plan/vulnerability assessment had not been completed. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Operator has gotten NSF approved bleach for the water system. System has purchased Multi- Chlorine that is NSF approved. Bleach is 12.5% Sodium Hypo chlorite. 2. Locks have been place on the water tank and the well house door.3. Coliform sampling plan has been completed.4. Operations and maintenance manual has-been completed. It is on file in the office. 5. Emergency plan/vulnerability assessment has been completed. It is on file in the office.
